The terms governing your use of Parcelarc’s website and route re-optimization services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Parcelarc website and route re-optimization services operated by Parcelarc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing parcelarc.com or using any Parcelarc service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind the organization you represent, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Parcelarc provides a route re-optimization engine that connects to regional parcel carrier dispatch and telematics platforms to improve stop sequences during the pre-departure window. Our services include integrations with platforms such as Route4Me, OnFleet, Samsara, Motive, Geotab, and FourKites.
To use our services, you may need to create an account or provide access credentials for your dispatch and telematics platforms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, software, and technology comprising the Parcelarc service is owned by Parcelarc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services during the term of your agreement with us.
Route data, stop sequences, driver information, and manifest data you provide or authorize us to access remain your property. We process this data solely to provide the re-optimization services you have requested. We do not use your operational data for any purpose other than delivering those services and improving our re-optimization algorithms in aggregate, anonymized form.
Our service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of third-party services.
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that route re-optimization suggestions will always produce the optimal result. Route dispatching decisions remain the responsibility of your dispatch team.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parcelarc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parcelarc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the service relationship upon written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
