A "stop" is any individual delivery address in a depot run. Stops are counted per day across all depots combined. Parcelarc counts only delivered or attempted stops — not re-delivers from previous days.

Common Pricing Questions

A stop is any individual delivery address included in a depot run on a given day. If the same address receives two packages on different days, that counts as two stops. Re-delivery attempts from a previous day's failures count only when they appear in a new run.
Stop counts are combined across all depots in your account. If you have three depots each running 200 stops/day, your total is 600 stops/day — this falls within the Growth tier. You're billed by total daily stops, not per-depot.
No setup fees for Starter and Growth tiers. Enterprise implementations include implementation support, which is scoped separately based on the custom integration requirements.
Annual contracts at the listed price. Month-to-month available at a 20% premium. Enterprise contracts are negotiated annually with multi-year options. No auto-renewal without 30-day notice.
Parcelarc doesn't block you at the tier limit mid-day. If you exceed your tier's stop cap consistently (more than 3 days in a rolling 30-day period), we'll reach out to discuss upgrading. One-off peaks during holiday seasons don't trigger an upgrade conversation automatically.
Pricing is flat per tier — not per depot. Starter includes up to 3 depots, Growth up to 10. Enterprise has no depot limit. Adding a depot within your existing tier limit doesn't change your bill.
