Our Team

Operators, engineers, and researchers

Four people with direct experience in regional carrier dispatch, last-mile API integrations, and vehicle routing optimization research.

The people behind Parcelarc

Caleb Harmon

Caleb Harmon

CEO & Co-Founder

Caleb spent five years as a routing operations lead at a Dallas regional parcel carrier, running morning dispatch for 40-plus routes. He documented that his dispatch team spent 73 minutes every morning manually patching route sequences after the overnight plan locked—and built the first version of the re-optimization engine on a laptop in the dispatch office in 2020. That proof of concept showed a 12 percent reduction in miles driven on re-optimized routes, and became the foundation for Parcelarc.

Beatrice Olawale

Beatrice Olawale

Co-Founder & CTO

Beatrice spent four years in engineering at Bringg building last-mile API integrations across US regional carriers. She has deep working knowledge of the dispatch platform APIs that sit at the center of the Parcelarc write-back layer—Route4Me, OnFleet, and the telematics feeds that carry driver status signals. She leads product and engineering at Parcelarc and drove the design of the native API connector architecture that makes dispatch write-back work without changes to dispatcher or driver workflow.

Nirav Desai

Nirav Desai

Head of Data Science

Nirav holds a PhD in operations research from the University of Texas at Austin and spent three years in data engineering at FourKites working on supply chain visibility problems at scale. He leads the constraint solver and re-optimization engine that runs Parcelarc’s morning cadence—the modified vehicle routing problem solve that absorbs post-cutoff exceptions and produces revised stop sequences within the 10-minute window. His research background in vehicle routing and his production engineering experience at FourKites are the two things that make the solver fast enough to be useful.

Tomasz Wierzbicki

Tomasz Wierzbicki

Head of Integrations

Tomasz spent three years in customer engineering at OnFleet specializing in Texas-based last-mile carrier implementations. He has configured and troubleshot the OnFleet dispatch API across dozens of carrier onboardings, which means he knows the edge cases that matter during go-live. He leads the integration layer and carrier onboarding process at Parcelarc, owning the connection setup for Route4Me, OnFleet, Samsara, Motive, and Geotab from first API key to first live solve.
